Manufactured using state-of-the-art circular weaving equipment, the Seamless PTFE Fusing Machine Belt is crafted from high-strength fiberglass yarn or Kevlar woven into a tubular fabric, which is then precision-coated with PTFE resin. This seamless design completely eliminates the weak points and uneven thickness associated with traditional jointed belts, resulting in enhanced tracking stability and a lifespan that is over three times longer than standard seamed belts.

Using Procedure
1. Installation & Pre-heating
Ensure the machine rollers are perfectly parallel before sliding the seamless belt on. Run the fusing machine at a low speed and gradually increase the temperature to allow the belt to adapt to the thermal expansion without tracking off-center.
2. Directional Running
Always install the belt according to the directional arrows printed on the inside (if applicable) to ensure optimal tracking and prevent the edges from wandering during high-speed lamination.
Matters Needing Attention
- Scraper Adjustment: If your machine uses a Teflon or silicone scraper to remove residue, ensure the pressure is set to minimum. Excessive scraper pressure will prematurely wear down the PTFE coating.
- Resin Buildup Cleaning: Clean the belt while it is still warm using a soft cloth. Never use sharp tools, spatulas, or abrasive scouring pads to scratch off cooled resin or adhesive.
- Tension Release: When shutting down the fusing machine for the day, lower the temperature slowly and release the tension on the belt. Leaving the belt under high tension while the rollers cool down can cause permanent dimensional distortion.
