Photovoltaic Accessories
- Ultimate EVA Repellent: Essential protective barrier for solar module laminator plates.
- Precision Transport: Minimizes solar cell breakage rates during high-speed stringing.
- Thermal Shock Durability: Built to withstand rapid heating and cooling cycles up to 360°C.
- Customizable Perforations: Seamless stringer belts tailored precisely for your vacuum suction systems.
Overview
Engineered specifically for the solar energy sector, our Photovoltaic Accessories include Solar Module Laminator PTFE Sheets and Stringer Conveyor Belts. Using a high-performance fiberglass substrate impregnated with suspended PTFE emulsion, these materials offer uniform thickness, high flexibility, and a flawlessly smooth surface. They act as critical anti-adhesive barriers and transport mediums during the high-temperature solar module assembly process.

Key Features
- Exceptional Anti-adhesion: Prevents melted EVA films and other bonding agents from sticking to the laminator press plates.
- High Precision Tracking: Stringer belts are available in seamless or double-layer composite designs to ensure minimal deviation and stable operation.
- Thermal Shock Resistance: Sustains repeated temperature fluctuations during the cell soldering and lamination process (-70°C to 360°C).
- Damage Reduction: The smooth and stable transport mechanism significantly lowers the cell breakage rate during manufacturing.
- Anti-fouling & Easy Cleaning: The modified PTFE layer resists contamination, ensuring a long operational lifespan and minimal downtime.
Product Applications
- Lamination Protection: Placed as the top cover and bottom pad within solar module laminators to protect equipment from EVA film adhesion.
- Laminator Conveyance: Textured PTFE belts used to transport solar panels inside vacuum laminators without creating suction issues.
- Cell Stringing: Used as specialized perforated conveyor belts in automatic solar cell stringer machines.
Using Procedure
1. Lamination Setup
During the lamination of PV modules, lay the PTFE sheets strictly as the outermost layers (Top Cover and Bottom Pad) enclosing the glass, EVA, solar cells, and backsheet sequence to ensure perfect release from the heating plates.
2. Stringer Belt Alignment
When installing the perforated stringer belt, ensure the vacuum holes align precisely with the machine’s suction tracking system to guarantee accurate cell positioning during the soldering phase.
Matters Needing Attention
- EVA Residue Management: Over multiple lamination cycles, vaporized EVA may slightly accumulate. Wipe the sheets regularly with a soft, lint-free cloth while warm to maintain the non-stick surface and prevent module contamination.
- Vacuum Tension Control: For stringer belts operating in vacuum environments, monitor the tension constantly. Excessive pulling force combined with high heat can elongate the belt and offset the perforation alignment.
- Replacement Cycle: Establish a strict replacement schedule. Although durable, microscopic degradation of the PTFE layer over thousands of cycles can lead to micro-scratches on solar cells or an increase in the cell breakage rate.
