Product Description of ESD Kapton Tape
Fonitaniya’s ESD Antistatic Kapton tape is a high-temperature polyimide tape designed with an anti-static coating on the surface and silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive on the reverse side. This specialized tape ensures low static generation during application, significantly reducing the risk of damage to sensitive electronic components. With a temperature resistance range extending from -73°C to 260°C, it is ideal for demanding industrial environments.
Common applications include insulation wrapping for electronic industry components such as transformers, motors, and coils, as well as high-end electrical insulation protection in lithium battery manufacturing. The tape’s ability to maintain strong insulation and cleanly remove without leaving residue makes it highly suitable for use in SMT tin furnaces and PCB board solder masking.
